Your account

You need an account to use ATELIER, you are responsible for keeping it secure, and you must be old enough to hold an account where you live.

What you upload

You keep ownership of your photos. You confirm you have the right to upload them, and you agree not to upload anything unlawful or anything containing other people who have not agreed to it.

Styling suggestions

Automatic tags, pairing suggestions and try-on images are generated by software and can be wrong. Treat them as suggestions, not facts.

Selling and resale links

Marking a piece for sale is for your own records. Links to resale sites are provided for convenience; any sale happens on those sites under their terms.

Premium

Premium is a one-time payment with no subscription and no renewal. Where required by law, you may cancel within the statutory period.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
